REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ideal Rugs.
Returns
- Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting sales@idealrugs.com.au.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of approval.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Ideal Rugs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Please note: As many of our rugs are handmade, antique, or vintage, natural variations in colour and texture are considered part of their character and not defects.
