Refund policy

We hope you love everything you order from IdealRUGS. If for some reason your items are not exactly what you expected, we are happy to accept a return. You must initiate your return within 3 days of receiving your item, by contacting us at sales@idealrugs.com.au All items must be received by IdealRUGS within 10 days of initiating the return and can be returned to our Bathurst orange or Dubbo address. Items returned back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and we recommend that insurance is purchased when return shipping is paid for. İdealRugs is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during the return process.

The initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unused and in the original condition in which they were received in order to be eligible for a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that all of our items are antique or vintage and may have areas of wear or colour variation. We believe that these small imperfections give our rugs character and soul.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@idealrugs.com.au

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
